Piccolo Workspace is a private personal productivity system operated for its owner.
Google user data
Piccolo may access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts when the owner authorizes those services.
Google user data is used only to carry out owner-requested tasks such as reading and organizing information, creating files, preparing email drafts, and performing approved actions.
Piccolo does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their independent use.
Local credentials and OAuth tokens are stored on the owner's dedicated computer. Operational logs are kept locally where practical; outbound mail logs do not store message-body content.
The owner may revoke Google access at any time through the Google Account permissions page or by deleting Piccolo's stored credentials.
Data retention is limited to what is needed for the owner's local workflows, files, logs, and task history. The owner controls deletion of locally stored data.
